FAQ

1. How much does delivery cost?
It doesn't! The cost of delivery is already included in the price of your items.

2. Will the floral arrangement I select look exactly like the one in the picture?
We choose the freshest flowers available, which sometimes necessitates small
changes in certain flowers - yellow daisies instead of white, for example.
Unless you've specified certain colors, we reserve the right to make minor
adjustments to the arrangements. However, if you have requested specific
colors - a dozen yellow roses, for example - we will not make substitutions
     without your consent.

3. Why do you only deliver on certain days?
Limiting our delivery days helps keep our costs low. It's a savings which we're
happy to pass on to you!

4. Do you take special orders?
If you would like to send a floral arrangement or other gift item that's not listed on
our site, let us know. With enough advance notice, we can often fulfill special
orders or help you find someone who can. Contact us at
    CedarvilleFlorist@gmail.com

5. Why does your stock change every couple of weeks?
Changing our stock enables us to offer low prices on limited quantities of items.
By taking advantage of seasonal availability, we can give you great deals on a
variety of merchandise. Check back after each delivery date - that's when we
    update our stock.

6. Are you hiring?
Cedarville Florist is always on the lookout for qualified staff, especially those who
already have experience in floral design and/or creative marketing. If you're willing
to provide contract work a couple times a month, send us your resume and a
   cover letter at CedarvilleFlorist@gmail.com

7. What are some good reasons for sending flowers?
Here at Cedarville Florist, we happen to think that sending flowers is a great thing
to do. Here are some reasons why you may want to send flowers:
   - Love. Put your literature class to work and add a couple lines of Shakespeare,
gentlemen, and you'll be all set.
   - Get well soon. Have a friend who's been cooped up in the dorm, recovering
from a bout of sickness? Flowers will certainly brighten things up.
   - Beat the winter blahs. Trekking across the snowy tundra got you down?
Order some flowers - it'll be your own personal patch of spring time.
    - Congratulate a friend. Know someone who's had a big accomplishment?
Recent engagements, finishing a big project, winning a game... there's plenty
of situations that call for flowers.
     - Comfort. Sending flowers is a time-honored tradition of comforting a grieving
friend. It's a thoughtful way to show you care.
     - Thank you. Know someone who's gone out of their way to be extra helpful?
Why not thank them with flowers? We deliver to campus PO boxes as well as
      faculty/staff offices.
      - Got another reason we haven't mentioned here? Let us know - we'd love to
      include it on our list.

8. You've convinced me! How do I order flowers again?
If you would like to pay using cash or a personal check, you may order
through campus mail. Print and fill out one of our order forms and send
it, along with your payment, to CU Box 3265.
